We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub,but that did not work. It doesn’t say that on your website our sink was leaking,we fixed that,we had no shampoo. I had went to the front desk and told him all this and asked if we could get an upgrade or something else because we are paying for amenities that we can’t use. Not a good overall experience. I will but a review on yelp and all

抵達時房間很溫暖，冰箱沒有調到最高溫度，所以第一晚花了很長時間才變冷。小廚房水槽的冷把手在抵達時壞了，因此必須用熱水清洗，或必須進入浴室洗碗。我預訂的是 3 名成人和 3 名兒童，他們沒有為房間準備額外的毛巾來容納每個人，包括沙發內折疊床的額外床單。我不得不打電話索取額外的用品，但工作人員仍然錯過了我要求的額外床單。

Front desk people were nice. There were no safes in the rooms. They said they would bring me one but never did. Door was very difficult to lock. It was an OK stay but I’d probably stay somewhere else next time.

At check in, there was a problem finding my prepaid reservation, (booked through a third party app), but the manager, Donna, kept looking until she found it. She was wonderful! All of the staff at this hotel was GREAT! A+ for that! The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. There was ample self parking, and a tasty breakfast. The room fridge seemed bigger than most, which is also a nice plus. A big part of how I choose a hotel is based on a pool and a hot tub, especially since we were there to do a 5K. When I booked 4 months ago, both were listed. Our events were in VA & DC, a 45 & 30 minute drive, but the price was right, and the amenities were there. When we checked in, the pool was closed until further notice, but the hot tub was still working. Ok, that’s the important one. Walk our race, step into the water, turn the button, annnd….womp, womp. Nothing. Told the front desk, but it didn’t get fixed that day. Luckily, the water in the shower was nice and hot, as that was the only way I had to relieve my sore muscles. If you’re looking for a good, reasonably priced hotel, and don’t mind a bit of a drive into the city, this is the place for you.

The hotel looks lovely upon entry and our room was clean. Gigi in the bar is great!The pool was the only reason we chose this particular hotel for our son. When I booked the room in mid February I received an email letting me know that the pool was open. However, I did not receive an email notifying me that the pool was no longer open just a week or so later. Had I known we would have changed our reservation. The manager said that they had it all over their website, which they did. However, ********** did not have this on theirs so we didn't know. I had noticed a week earlier that our King room said it accomodated 3 travelers, but I did not see a pullout sofa in photos. I wanted to check to be sure so I could change our reservation in time to avoid fees. I called the hotel on the Friday evening before our check-in the following Thursday and spoke with someone. She verified they did not have a pullout sofa but said cots were available and they couldn't reserve. I just needed to let them know I needed one on check-in and they "have plenty". At check-in they were out. Would not upgrade to king suite because "you booked through *******" so offered two queens. Had to accept to be able to sleep. Complained to Hilton. They contacted mgmt and she said she could now change us to a suite after we checked out early. Claimed she didn't have one that day to give and "never said" she couldn't due to our booking through *******. I know what was said and she didn't say there are none.

I do not know if it is customary, but I have never been asked for the names of the other guest until this current visit, and when asked, an answer on when this was implemented was not answered, so I felt uneasy and targeted. The bathroom had black mold around the handles, base of showerhead, corners and walls of the bathtub. The shower head did not stay in place, the refrigerator did not get cold (my leftovers were not good the next day), and the tabletop was extremely sticky. The headboard also had smudges and fingerprints not belonging to us. I normally di not leave reviews, but felt someone should know why happened with this stay, so I did not know pictures could be uploaded with a review until just now, otherwise pictures would have been taken and uploaded.

Overall nice hotel with very friendly staff. But on our last night we noticed an ant in the bed. We checked the entire room after and thought nothing of it, but the next morning there were a few in the bathroom and a spider. Rooms could have been cleaner
